Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClassPick (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

I. Provision of Service

The App provides tools for classroom and team scenarios, including team management, check-in, random pick, random grouping, random number, timer, and related utilities.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will present material changes through App updates or by updating these Terms.

II. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates law or infringes the rights of others;
• Enter, store, or share unlawful, harmful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with the App in a manner that disrupts normal operation;
• Use the App to collect or process personal data without a lawful basis or appropriate authority.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the names and records you enter into the App.

III. Intellectual Property

The App’s software, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and related materials are owned by us or the respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the App’s content without prior permission.

Content you enter (such as team and member names) remains your responsibility. You grant the App only the limited right needed to store and display that content on your device for providing the Service.

IV. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every teaching or organizational scenario.

Random pick, grouping, and similar features are convenience tools. Results should be reviewed by you before use in formal settings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of App outputs, or for interruptions caused by device conditions, system updates, or force majeure.

V. Local Data

Much of your roster and history data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up important information if needed. Deleting content in the App or uninstalling the App may permanently remove local data.

VI. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published at this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
